What an idiot. Sunlight reflected from metal will not only be visible from one direction. Donald Rumsfeld was pausing because he was weighing up what he should state about the US Military weapons developments. The images are totally out of focus so how the hell could he tell that something was attached to the bottom of the plane.
The people in those planes will have gone through hell as those planes dived towards their fatal end.

The 'bolt theory' maintains the bolts which held these steel structures together, were either 'explosive' bolts, or 'exotic' bolts, packed with thermite, and triggered by sending high electrical current through these buildings steel structure. There is evidence to suggest such, inc reports of generators exploding, loss of power in surrounding area, although trade towers maintained power, fact, wtc 7 had an electricity substation, and unprecedented power down of twin towers shortly before 9/11.
