@wasiek01 Yeah that's true, it doesn't and I like this art so don't get me wrong but the quality of the coffee does deminish after the first minute or so, when the crema starts to break apart. I would still rather someone put this effort into my coffee though.

No argument that free pour takes more skill, but for your average layman customer, they'll get a kick out of this and enjoy a coffee that's just "okay." One can state their opinion without arguing.

@wasiek01 rofl free pour art gets you better tips because the coffee wont be cold by the time your done..... this coffee is luke warm by the time he's done with his art. free pour is harder to do but is more gratafying for the customer because they can actually drink it....

Fairly cool, but semi impractical. Also, maybe it's just me but I'm not a big fan of chocolate. So just a Rosetta for me! =D

Not practical, try doing 500 coffees a day and do that on each one...... Don't think. By the time it got to the table it'd be stale....

@julestoll Oh, and this is a reason for not doing this at all? My God , people, start thinking. This is the way to earn more money, to get big tip. And all you can say is that you can not do 500 of them? It's your problem, not mine.
