Butterfly Effect has only one chord progress: E G#m C#m A A... but Cheong has put some magical drum work to make it very colourful. One of the most poppy songs I'd ever written in the early days. The persona in the song is afraid of changes in life -- afraid of the outcome brought about by a slight change of things. I found a lot of references in the lyric: film, poetry, philosophy,theories and even other songs. You can find them yourselves!

Butterfly Effect 和弦結構相當簡單，多得昌的神奇魔法把它的編曲豐富了。我想這是早期寫的最「搶耳」歌曲之一了... 其實和電影《連鎖碟變》 毫無關係，不過靈感多方面得目眩：從《緣來兩面睇》、一些英詩、哲學入門，以至經濟理論，甚至是其他歌，等等... 歌中人物常在生活中出現：害怕「牽一髮動全身」的轉變。但變是行動，不變也是行動，也會影響事情的結果是好還是災難性的。送這首歌給這些朋友吧，也是自省的好機會。

We Shall Over-run 制作
Run是由龍七、李雅兩位女子組成的多媒體製作小隊。二人生於八十年代，三至廿三，受灣仔文化薰陶，畢業於城大創意媒學院，現職於傳播媒介。

Butterfly Effect 是We Shall Over
Run首個動畫作品，花了八個多月完成，片長2640格畫面，佈景道具人物全人手製造，成千上萬公仔紙演員能密舖三個球場。
