ENCOURAGE. Encourage your colleagues and employees to get the care that they need and consider flexible time options so that they are able to schedule their mammograms, visit their doctors, or go to their breast cancer treatments.

I still say girls look prettier without those make-ups. Us guys love girl's naturalness. Only other girls scrutinize girls based on make up.
