My final upload for tonight will be a 2 part review on a new documentary which I just bought and got in the mail, and that is Into the Pit: The Shocking Story of Deadpit.Com. A fun documentary starring CK and Uncle Bill.

Deadpit Radio is an internet-based radio show, hosted by The Creepy Kentuckian (Wes Vance) and Uncle Bill (Aaron T. Frye) every Friday. Deadpit debuted in December of '05 with a talk show focusing solely on the horror film genre. The show is broadcast every week from the Deadpit Studios, located in the hills of Prestonsburg, Kentucky. Like most internet based radio shows or podcasts, the weekly program is downloaded from their official website for Free or through iTunes.

Deadpit's website also features a review database that includes DVD, Blu-ray, books, VHS, and laserdiscs. They also have a following on YouTube, where they have posted over two hundred videos. Popular video series include Deadpit: On the Road, where they document their experiences of heading to the local movie theater, and Diary of the Deadpit, which is an introspective look into their horror fandom.

  • Where can I see this for free? I refuse to give them a dime for something eveyone has said is not that good.

  • I am a big fan of their show, but I think the show has gone down hill this last year or so. The last show I enjoyed was the Friday the 13th part 5 interviews. It's like a tv show with strong episodes for 3 or 4 seasons, and those later seasons are tired and stale. I also think having 3 people on a horror talk show is a cluster fuck. Talk shows usually go better with only two hosts.

  • I didnt think it was that good i was a little disapointed in it. I was expecting a lot more

  • Thanks for the review! It's great to hear a Deadpit fan's thoughts on the film.

we are glad you enjoyed the film.
