parev enger i live in south spain its very dificult to find lamp meat so i make shish kebab with pork meat but i have a problem the meat is very hard to eat its the head part of the pork is there any secret to keep make the meat not hard i think they put it in vinagre or wine before one day is that true or do you have any idea how to make it
