Our second video featuring air-rotary well construction from start to finish.
Rig: Gefco 30k w/a 900cfm/350psi Sullair compressor.
Hole Diam: 61/8", 4" pvc, gravel packed and chlorinated.
Final depth was 340' with a production rate of 22 g.p.m

  • How deep and what formation types are you drilling thru w the step type chevron bit?

  • @coldmedina100 Anywhere between 300' and 700'. Formations primarily consist of clay, sandstone, sand, gravel (conglomerates of both) and shale. This particular well was basically 200' of clay followed by 140' of sand and gravel.

  • What brand of rig and model #??
