Jennifer Episode 2 Part 2

http://www.HealthAwarenessTV.com/Jennifer

Jennifer came to the ARP Wave Clinic in Apple Valley with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis (JRA) which caused her joints to swell up very painfully. We documented her treatments on video. Let's watch...

Denis: (Humming da do, da do...) And we are going to teach you a very unique exercise called the "Statue of Liberty."
Jennifer: (Laughing)
Denis: Really kind of cool. All right.
Denis: (humming) Now all I am going to do............., put that right there, and I will take this out of the way, and put it right on the outside (um ha) and since you have these pipes, I am going to............
Jennifer: (Laughs)
Denis: to strap these babies in, and you are going to get ripped pipes there.
Jennifer: On one arm.
Jennifer: (Laughs)
Denis: You know that's that's his problem.
Jennifer: They are uneven.
Denis: No, no, no, I'll get you even.
Jennifer: (Laughs)
Denis: OK, so now,
Jennifer: You will?
Denis: What we're going to do, you tell me when you first sense anything. When you first feel like even....that. The first sensation. All I am doing is putting all the balance to this cable so we get going. And put some time on here. And we are going to hit the start button, and here we go. Your job is to tell me when you feel it.
Jennifer: There.
Denis: A ton of inflammation.
Jennifer: (Laughs)
Denis: A TON of.inflammation. OK, put your arm down. Mimic what I do. OK. So you are going to take your hand, and you're going to rotate it just like that to your other side. OK, so now we are like this. So now we are going to come back and roll the hand like this and put it straight up here. Go. That a girl. Now come straight up.
Jennifer: Wait.
Denis: You got it. You're doing perfect.
Jennifer: All right.
Denis: Ya. You got to get this, right there. Now come on down. Four more times. Move your hand over so you're going to be over here like this. Now we are going to come back like this. And we are just going to move straight up like that.
Jennifer: Like out and up.
Denis: Yah. Now bring it up. Come on, come on, come on, come on. Beautiful! Now do that three more times. You're a quick study. Now go ahead.
Jennifer: (Laughs)
Denis: There you go. By the way, the tendon now is back in place. OK, good. One more.
Mom: (Indistinct) how are you doing?
Jennifer: Doing good.
Denis: Keep going. Piece of cake.
Jennifer: Oh my gosh.
Denis: Come on down. OK, now put your arms out just like this. Remember how weak you were when I did this the first time.
Jennifer: Um hum.
Denis: OK. I'm you see if you see a difference Mom. Resist.
Jennifer: (Laughs)
Denis: This is about, I'm sorry resist resist, they're about equal. OK. Now remember what she couldn't do raising her arms up above her head. OK, so Jen now I just want you to do just this. That a girl.
Jennifer: (Laughs)
Denis: When was the last time you did that?
Jennifer: A long time.
Denis: A long time. OK, now what I am going to do is, I am going to be her muscle, because this muscle still doesn't know what to do. Even though now it's getting the proper information, it still doesn't know what to do. So, she is going to stop, we thought it was really good. But that is not the stopping point, that is not the end range. So, I am going to just bring it up and you are going to tell me if there is any pain. Any pain?
Jennifer: No.
Denis: So, when was the last time your arm was behind your head?
Mom: Look at that.
Jennifer: Oh my gosh. It's been years.
Denis: Alright, alright.
Mom: Wow Jen.
Denis: That's kind of cool. OK
Jennifer: (Laughing)
Denis: Alright. So now we have we have demonstrated that she doesn't have a shoulder problem, obviously. What she had was a, just a tendon issue. So now what we're going to do, we are going to go in to find out where all these primary issues are coming from. So if we were to quantify or you were to quantify what area of your body bothers you the most. Where do you have the most pain? What would you say the number one spot would be?
Jennifer: My back.
Denis: Low back?
