Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't it ATHEISM that has doubled in popularity over the past generation while faith in Christianity has been steadily declining?
12 million atheists/agnostics, almost none of whom read the National Enquirer or watch FOX Noise.
12 million weekly readers of the National Enquirer, almost all of them believing in God and watching FOX Noise.
Need I say more, or is the "hint" sufficient?

I hope Dobson's seen this clip at least once. If he openly attcked Senator Thompson once, apologized for it, then did it afterwards, what does that say about any half-hearted attempt to make ammends? Says Dobson needs to just shut his trap and ask himself the true meaning of being a Christian.
Why would he say that about anybody, anyway? Because he's an overgrown baby!

James Dobson is arrogant, self-righteous, and has serious anger management issues -- he shouldn't be dispensing advice to people, he should be seeking professional help himself.
Ever since I read James Dobson brag about beating a little 12 pound dog with a belt in his book, "The Strong Willed Child," it continues to astound me that any competent parent would ever consider listening to his advice about spanking children!
James Dobson is a bully, as this video also shows.
