Yeah right. I've been donating for 30 years. They don't do anything with your blood! You get all your red cells back during the process.

Plus they screen you every time you come in to donate and check your blood protien. If it's too high or too low you cannot donate and they will tell you you may have a problem and offer suggestions and tell you to see your doctor.
