I am VERY FUSSY about voices, so if you get a compliment from me it is well deserved. IN light of that, you have a very nice voice. However, the piece is dragging some. You need to speed it up a bit, and it will flow better and feel like there is more emotion. Then you will reach greatness. ;-)

Yes, in my opinion, technically speaking, you are a good singer and you do sound like Josh Groban.
The fact is you don't need to be a technically good singer. In fact I'd rather hear someone sing completely out of tune if they sing it from their heart, than hear someone sing technically correct but with no emotion or feeling for it.
That, in my opinion is the difference between you and Josh Groban.
