Hollies - I can't let go 1966
with comment of Tony Hicks 2007

Oh i try and i try but i can't say goodbye

Feel so bad, baby oh, it hurts me
When i think of how you love and desert me
I'm the broken-hearted toy you play with, baby

You got me going i need you, baby
I can't let go, and i want you, baby
I gotta have you, you know, i can't let go

Though i'm just one of your lovers
And i know there are so many others
You do something strange to me, baby, baby

You got me going i need you, baby
I can't let go, and i want you, baby
I gotta have you, you know, i can't let go

(comment of Tony Hicks)

You got me going i need you, baby
I can't let go, and i want you, baby
I gotta have you, you know, i can't let go

  • @Richardhedditch261 regarding your comment on the Aberfan graves video what a sad little cunt you are

  • @Richardhedditch261 Oh yeah - I got his first name wrong. It says Tony Hicks, and I said Graeme Hicks. Years ago, I think a radio announcer doing a birthdays mention might have said what sounded to me like Graeme Hicks. It must have stuck in my mind. Its Tony Hicks.

  • @Richardhedditch261 Remind me please...who exactly is Graeme Hicks?

  • Graeme Hicks was gonna be an electrician if not for being in the Hollies ? Perchance, George Harrison threw away the opportunity of a lifelime - an electrician apprenticeship - in order to be in The Beatles.

  • with graham or without = they stayed classy. harmonies and emotions in less than 3 minutes

  • Guh-roovy!!

  • I liked the Hollies up to 1967. After Graham Nash left they were never as good apart from one exceptional hit single 'He ain't heavy'.

  • I know I can`t let go of The hollies and Allan Clarke!

  • @suzyrokits then listen to The Drums, Tennis, The Shins, Jim Noir, ambient dreamy Buckethead tracks, Two Wounded Birds, Soda Shop, Bat For Lashes,...
