It's a Hand-held. It's a Tablet PC. AND it's also a Notebook!

  • It's a chiropractors dream!

  • with the way you can use yours thumbs to type on it, i think it's more like a gigantic sidekick.

  • The Open Source GNU/Linux Operating System is hardly 'proprietary software'. FYI the Asus can also run Windows just as well as the Fujitsu.

  • As of two weeks ago, a few shops on Nathan Road, Tsim Sha Tsui had them in stock. Think the price was something like $5000-$6000 HKD.

  • how much could one of this cost?

  • the only problem is that its so damn ugly!

  • That was in response to verbosity53531 ...

  • What about battery life? The *new* version of the above (in the video) laptop has 7.5 hours, 5 (with wifi).

  • Another disappointing tablet pc review - don't any of these reviewers do any actual handwriting on these devices? I am curious to see how One Note and Journal would look - is there room for a decent amount of handwriting, is the ink clean and crisp, and does a lot of rapid handwriting choke up the machine?

Also, I own an Eee PC 4G - love it. Web browsing at 640 pixels wide is not too enjoyable, no inking, xp easy to add, eeectl give me full 900 Mhz cpu plus double bright LCD -perfect outside!

  • you can install windows xp on the eee pc provided you have a license key, or internet to download a pirated version off of the pirate bay. But if course, no need for you to be so harsh (kbbbb7). You can . That's the only thing that makes it superior to the eeepc. the eeepc has a 1.6ghz atom whilst this has an 800mhz and you can get up to 120gb and the u1010 has a 40gb. I think I'll take the eee anyday...
