A piece of music I do not have much info on, except for it's title and the game associated with it "Ongaku Tsukuru Kanaderu", the SFC game.

The file was originally on Dailymotion - I can't find it now. This is all I can get off it...

Cool! Actually, I've also been looking for this version after hearing the instrumental in "Ongaku Tsukuru". Unfortunately I don't have any more info about it too... I'm also looking for another song from that game called "Itsumo".

Oh, wow. I myself got too intimidated by the combo of Japanese and difficult menus to try to actually find the version in the game. A little guide to that might be helpful.

I'll try looking for Itsumo as well, then. I don't expect much on that, but I've found stranger things before...
