Slow Moving UFO Craft Rearranging Shape & Lights

This is what they do -- they get dropped from the sky like a sphere, fast like a meteor, or a slow dim or invisible to eye 'drop' down closer to ground level (they prefer near trees usually), then 'power up' (looking like a FIREBALL or "mini Sun") and transform/emerge/morph shape somehow. Usually takes a while to do so, often they appear to a human in passing glances to be merely a STAR -- but they MOVE SLIGHTLY, get BRIGHTER and usually are YELLOW/GOLDEN, ORANGE, RED, AMBER or variation.
In high-powered binocs, the light appears to be compacted sparkler effect, sometimes seen emitting sparks that are prism-like & color changing.

Then, after a time that varies, the bright light dims suddenly, and is replaced by smaller flashing craft --in attempts to mimic our own aircraft lighting... then flies off in either direction--can be fast like real aircraft, but usually slow enough to be overtaken by car at 35 mph. This routine usually works to fool human eyes into thinking "hey, that must have been a plane approaching me head on, then turned suddenly".... MASTERS OF ILLUSION.
~~EXCEPT WHEN HUMANS CAN DRIVE UNDER THEM when HOVERING, hearing NO SOUND like a helicopter, etc.... most times TOTALLY SILENT and LOWER THAN REAL AIRCRAFT FLY. BUSTED when they are seen leaving patches of thick trees looking like a FIREBALL (which they can STAY if they want to, some don't morph). Good majority of the time, they have blinking spheres traveling NEAR THEM. Sometimes dim -- sometimes fairly bright to eyes -- usually seen in groups of 3 or more. These Blinkers/blinkies (easy name to remember) can be seen being emitted or 'dropped off' of a higher flying, super slow craft flashing like our own. They DO NOT SHOW ON RADAR (multiple FAA reports have proven this).

So far, these crafts have been observed flying similar flight paths in ways best described as OBSERVATION of EARTH.
They seem to like communication towers, highways, industrial sites, mining operations, woods, water, power transmission lines, etc.

@bayoubomber They are all volunteers -- only taking reports, not doing any field investigations at night when they are out flying around... don't even order radar reports -- I had to do it myself. Might be just this side of PA. Can't speak for other locations -- but it does seem strange that NO UFO REPORTS EVER GO ANYWHERE WITH THEM. Couple of TV shows, but now NONE. They can't get media/press time for UFOs either.
