Increased/decreased weight effect of rotational object with imposed orbiting through balance scale

In these above video clips, a point on the edge of an object having rotational motion and displacing motion simultaneously (with the displaced route is on the rotational face of the object), this point will draw in the space the arc lines which a side is large curved lines and a side is small curved line, and the velocity of this point when this point go through the edge with the smallest curved lines always has the biggest velocity to compare with the imagine square frame which contains disc, it means the directional mass occurs and directs toward the direction of smallest curved lines. These experiments can help us to recognize Boomerang will work under vacuum and weightless conditon, because the Boomerang and the disc in these experiments are heavy and they can not influence by aerodynamic of Magnus Effect. The particles of matter (electron, proton, neutron) always have the rotational motion, but in balance state of object which contatins them, the centrifugal doesnt occur on the particle of matter, when the matter moves on the curved route the particles in object always conserves their rotational motion (inertia of rotational motion http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GAImv7YS4Fo and this conservation cause by the control of the vortices of Aether space particles which interacts unsymmetrical into two edges of particle). Therefore when the element contains particle in the object move on the curved route, the generated rotational motion will occurs on the particle to com pare with the imagined cubic frame which contains particle and this cubic frame keep their position to keep the tangent with the displaced route of particle. Because the generated rotational motion occurs on the particle when the element which contains particle moves on curved route, this generated rotational motion of particle break its balance then a side of particles edge will receive the kinetic energy from Aether space particles and an opposite side will give the kinetic energy to the Aether space particles and this process will create the propulsion and the centrifugal force is born on particle, its means the direction mass to occur on element which contains particle, and the direction mass of object is total of all elements centrifugal forces of object which have the rotational motion and displaced motion simultaneously with the direction mass of object direct to the side of the objects edge which moves opposite with the displaced motional direction of object. Consequenses:
-The first Newton law can not apply for the object/particle which has rotational motion and displacing motion simultaneously, this conclusion may reconigze through the suggested experiment: A satellite with the uniform velocity orbits around the earth, on this satellite has two robot hands which locates in the vacuum and weightless space, these two hands is parallel with the earth face and is perpendicular with the Earths equator, the first hand keeps a disc with uniform rotational motion, the second hand keeps a disc without the rotational motion, the flat of two disc are parallel with the Earth face, after two robot hands draw out from two disc simultaneously, the first disc will moves by a curved line as the same as the itinerary of a Boomerang with the curved line will shrink until balance state occurs, contrary, the second disc will stay parallel with the satellite, it means the second disc will keep its uniform velocity with the uniform velocity of satellite.
-The rest mass of the planets, the heavenly bodies, the galaxies need to calculate totally, because the always posses the directional mass which occur by their two rotational motion and displaced motion simultaneously,
-The objects such as the wheel on the road with the roll will heavier than the rest wheel without the roll.
-The object with rotational motion will fall to the defined side which depends on the initial positions of rotational motion before this object falls.
-The astronomy can calculate exactly the itinerary of the meteorites which always have rotational motion and displaced motion simultaneously and we can save the Earth from their hit by a small changing of their rotational motion which conducts the changing of their displaced motion from the far distance.
