The first boeing commercial jetplane takes-off from Puerto Rico. Banned from many countries for excessive noise, is refitted with noise suppressors and retested in Puerto Rico. The boeing ended reducing flight time across the Altantic to 7 hours. To date, Puerto Rico lacks the right to reject any sort of testing over its territory.
