When an old man does foolish things, a beautiful young woman is often involved—but this time, there's a twist.

Seventeen summers ago, Bob Sutton's young daughter suffered hundreds of mosquito bites and landed in intensive care with a brain infection. Defying doctors' fears, Ellen Sutton grew up beautiful and bright, but seven years later had an epileptic seizure and now takes medicine to control seizures.

Even an Old Fool's good for something...

Before he becomes too smart and weak to engage in such foolishness, Bob undertakes a unique trifecta in support of epilepsy research. Read more about epilepsy...

In his 55th year, Bob Sutton attempts to:

After a rugged 17-mile run, retrieve a diamond ring from deepest pool in Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

Lead the Boston Marathon.

Fight an unbeatable foe, former New York and National Golden Gloves Champion and now undefeated professional boxer Ann Marie Saccurato.

  • You people are morons. His daughter must fight the impossible fight. Against epilepsy.

He supports her by fighting an impossible fight himself.

  • @onokaoonokao Thank you for demonstrating my point so well.

  • @jmar1371 what you can't figure out is when someone is doing something symbolic, and when he's just being an attention whore. This is the latter, we don't need to see it, why is he taping it?

  • weird part of YouTube again

    :-(

  • @jmar1371 Don't tar everyone with the same brush (don't really understand where that saying came from but know what it means!) - I do all I can for my daughter - if she had something I couldn't fight - I would find other ways to do all I could for her - this man is - it's not about the fight but about saying I will do all I can in any way I can for my daughter - you shouldn't call people idiots thats just being a troll in the making.

  • more like that was a real knock DOWN
