brief description about MS, personal testimony and encouraging insight
I understand about the devastation this disease can cause but no one has a perfect life. One can learn to live in LIfe, not in fear.
Welcome to your own inner strength and personal growth Why because if there is a will, there is a way but
if there is no will, there is no way.
It may not be easy but it can be done. I know it, live it and
know many others who believe and live it too.
The saying "to the world you may not mean anything but to one person you may mean the world. " I figure for me there's at least five persons.
I know it's painful and difficult but believe that you can.
I also like the saying, There are four Journeys, one must take in life.
1. Find your higher power
2. Find your own power
3. Find out what you like and find it.
4. The Journey to Find others
If your reading this trust me, I know how hard it is, I know how painful it gets I've been there that's why I know, there is hope strength and support out there for all
Remember , you are not a disabled person, you are a PERSON with a disability or difficult challenge.
You figure out the best way for your life and be Well.
I wish you wellness. Say just for today and what does our life consist of. It's an accumalation of all our yesterdays therefore just for today will add up.

  • I believe in stem cell therapy. We have stem cells from our baby in the bank. We’re waiting for the right time. I always wanted to go to Costa Rica, had no idea they are involved in stem cell research. Thanks for the heads up, maybe that will be the cure, meanwhile I will be well. Take care amigo

  • George,

Great attitude! One of my favorite quotes is by concentration-camp-survivor Victor Frankl. While he survived, several members of his family did not. "Everything can be taken from a man or a woman but one thing: the last of human freedoms to choose one's attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one's own way." I'm glad you're doing well on Copaxone--I've been taking it for 2 1/2 years.

May God bless you I hope you do well!

  • Yes I am with you! Attitude determines the Altitude. Ive actually been on Copaxone about 10 yrs, its stabilized the progression. I wish you well too, JCastillo

  • Google this" Dr. McDougall Diet and Multiple Sclerosis" It's NOT due to stress. We all have stress you just fell apart with stress because you were so sick already...THAT's why stress triggers the MS. It's all about diet!! Get off dairy, gluten, meat and sugar. Learn to live a great life on ALL the veggies, fruits seeds and nuts.... you WILL feel better. Research all the information out there for you!! The doctors DON't alk about this because no one in putting money into researching food!
