Barking Dog Nuisance With Emtpy Water Bucket #2

This is a video of the barking dog nuisance pushing his empty water bucket. The nuisance has lived in the yard next door to me in Norman, Oklahoma, and has been a continuing source of disruption in my life since February 2008. Here at youtube there is another video of the same dog with the empty water bucket. It was made on a different day.

Excessive barking by dogs is accounted for by the fact that the owners neglect them and they are asking for attention. They become anxious about being fed and watered when they are left alone in yards for long periods of time. This dog is left alone tied to a tree in the back yard every day.

People who treat their dogs and their neighbors this way should never be allowed to own dogs. Our animal control ordinances and enforcement practices are in great need of improvement. In the 1950s, the average working guy in America could support a wife at home with the kids and the dog. The dog got the attention he needed. It's not like that any more. See my other video of this dog and the empty water bucket. In that one you'll see that he is roped to the tree. This is atrocious.
