Ray Price Different kind of flower

Here's a great song by Country Superstar and ex Marine, Texas born Ray Price. I had the honor of seeing him live twice. Where has this kind of country music gone. I'm glad that we still have the old records handy, so we are still able to enjoy true country music, by great artists like Ray.

Mr. Ray Price was recently in Green Bay, WI for four night shows and beyond a doubt he is a National Treasure. He sounds as good today as he did back then and he is a solid entertainer with a wonderful band. There was ll pieces and they were as tight and professional all the way. He is very good at putting out a true C/W tune and no body does any better . He is 10 stars all the way.....

Ray Price is truly the very best of all country artists! He has been my favorite for over 40 years! This is such a b eautiful song, but all of his songs are national treasures just as he is! God was indeed generous when he gave him that voice!

that was the last album that my dad shorty lavender played on my dad played the first break and buddy spicher played the last break. my dad is not pictured on the back of the album but tommy jackson and buddy and the rest of the cherokee cowboys are.
