Calling For A Hero- Power Rangers Zeo Tribute

This is a tribute to one of my favorite seasons in Power Rangers history. I have several reasons for liking this season, one of them being the fact that they weren't little perfect people anymore and they seemed a little more mature and realistic. They brought a little more drama to the table, for example, Tanya's verbally abusive boyfriend, Kimberly unexpecting like breaking up with Tommy through a dear john letter, etc. The only things that I didn't like about this season was the fact that it was centered around Tommy, Kat, and Jason (when he came back as the Gold Ranger). They also forced the relationship between Tommy and Kat, and made that the driving force behind the show. They didn't give the other Rangers hardly anytime to shine. Other than those major points, Zeo to me was a great sequel to Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. The song nor the clips belong to me. Please comment and rate!

Love the video, Power Rangers Zeo is my favorite season, 2 questions, r u xcited that it'll be back nxt year, n why isn't the Gold Ranger in this one, no offense again great vid, but Jason is the GREATEST OF ALL TIME!!!!!!!

@Desperado31593 Yes I am very excited. I can't wait for the new season, not because they are adapting Shinkenger (I didn't care for it like that) but because SABAN is bringing it back. I didn't include Jason because I ran out of room to add the clips of Jason, the Gold Ranger, and the rest of the Zords. I wanted to add them because like you, I also believe that Jason is the best ranger of all time! :)

Zeo had an exciting premise. A new machine empire that appeared larger than Rita and Zedd, but I felt the show didn't live up to the hype. There were no unmorphed fights and the fights we did have left something to be desired compared to s3. There was far too many characters and horrible balance with focus. YOu have the machine empire, with Prince Gasket and Archerina later, Rito and Goldar working for Bulk and Skull as well as appearances by Rita/Zedd's gang. Way too much Tommy focus, etc.

All valid points slickricklj but i can kind see why though. They were trying to tie up the loose ends with S3 while trying to begin a new storyline. I do like the way they tied in the machine empire with Rita and Zedd. I hated the way they started to water down the Machine Empire.

Thanks and I like Tommy too but I think he got too much attention. From the break-up with him and Kimberly, to him getting with Katherine, and then, him finding his long lost brother. It was too much going on with one character and it made the whole show look like it was all about him.

Very true. I guess they wanted to put Katherine and Tommy together because Katherine had the hots for Tommy since season 3. If they focused on Adam and Tanya, it would've pulled the attention away from Kat and Tommy, which in their eyes would've been a bad move since Tommy and Kat were more popular with the fans.

I don't know what episode it was, but they were featured in Seinfeld because George had a Tommy red Zeo ranger toy.

This was a cool video, Zeo has always been a favorite season of mine, simply because, even though it was new, it still felt like MM season four, and I liked that, I didn't like how they just ended it with a season to remember, this was a good season, that should have had a Countdown to Destruction type finale. I agree with the to many characters and Tommy being the camera hog again, this time with Kat. To me that's small. This song is one of my all time favorites of the series period.

Completely agreeable on all points of your message in this video, and the video itself...f'n WOW...I'm most happy to post a link to this on my MySpace for all to see as I currently relive the Zeo season through my imported from Germany DVD set :D The ONLY way to see th originals now it seems like. Loved the ending with Adam bear hugging Tanya LOL! Agreed, wish they put more focus on Tanya/Adam seeing as Tommy & Kat didn't get together till the END of Zeo and then totally ignored her in Turbo LOL! But Tommy was the leader and star of the show so...nice vid BTW.
