Our friends at Panasonic helped bring AVATAR to the big screen through ground-breaking technology. Campus MovieFest participants have had the thrilling opportunity to check out clips on a 103" 3D Panasonic display. Get ready for AVATAR coming December 18 worldwide.

  • thats right, sony 3D cameras were used, not panasonic

the camcorder that james had in the video was not a 3D camera, look up the 3D cameras they are huge.

  • Sony built the 3D Camera systems.

    Panasonic the Monitors.

On the set, James didn't have 3D screens, only normal 2D ones. So yes, it's quite normal for Sony to get more credits for the 3D than Panasonic.

  • I am pissed that the reelz channel special on Avatar gives Sony credit for the 3D technology used in the film.Come on people give credit where it is due.
