@Octobereves you clearly know nothing about these cats. they're not disables. they're generally just as healthy as a normal sized cat.

Munchkin cats are just dwarfs. This occurs in most mammals. So people with dwarfism shouldnt have children either because they are deformed?

Yeah, Munchkin cats can jump as high and climb as well as a normal cat. I just got a cute Napolion one a few days ago :)
Just because they have short legs doesn't mean they are handy-capped. Most people compare them to dashund dogs, but cat spines and limbs/joints are built differently than dogs... so they still can do exactly what a cat can, they just have short legs :)
My kitty is only 14 weeks and she's jumped up onto our funiture just as fine as my normal legged 8 year-old tabby.
