If charango was born in Potosi then it is automatically Peruvian ! Because Potosi was under the ruling of the Viceroyalty of Peru ! And Potosi was no Imperial city, Lima was during the Viceroyaly of Peru.

Don't fight for that stupid and innecessary problem, you might worried about to expand the charango music more than now are...and, with the all the respect of the world to the people who where there, this "100 charango Orchesta" was very absurd, that is an insult to charango music and to the charanguists who try to get up this beautiful instrument...

Dont worry about the charango. Worry about how damage your brain is. You have short circuits and clogs of tumor in your brain that you cannt even read about the real patrimony of the Charango. Dont walk, run to the nearest X-ray clinic and get your skull and small brain scanned. You really need a lot of help.
