When it comes to corporations getting data stolen, that is their own problem, not the federal government of the US at taxpayer expense.

I am sick of corporations running to the feds instead of fixing their own problems.

Today you can create a corporation with a failed business model and drop money in the pockets of politicians to have laws created to force people to conform to your failed business model. Case in point, the movie industry, and that is only one of 100's of examples.
