On behalf of all normal Germans, I would like to apologize for the revisionism and Nazi worship by some commenters here. Yes, there were lies and crimes on all sides, we got it. Yes, British and American historical memory is inaccurate. But that does not vindicate the countless atrocities Germans committed under a banner of ethnocentric arrogance.
The Nazis are dead, and so are the Strategic Air Wing commanders. Germany and the UK have long since become great nations the world looks up to.

The majority of those systematically murdered by Churchill and Roosevelt in Hiroshima, Dresden and other Holocausts, were children and women. That's Allied spirit - do not fight man-to-man, fight children, burn them alive.

Mate, i used to live in London. A city almost untouched by war. I have seen the newsreels of May 8th 1945,the "good" Englishmen celebrating the victory over the "bad" Germans (another lie of yours, claiminmg that we started war on you....YOU started war on US, you gangsters). You see a city untouched, buses running normally, people in the streets. Normal life.
Dresden was death zone - no buses, no houses - no people...nothing over 12 fucking square miles. You dirty murderers.

Dresden was overcrowded with over half a million refugees from Silesia, mainly children and women. They fled because they were not really in the mood to be "liberated" by allied rapists and child-abusing monsters.
The 35 000 - 135 000 who perished are only the Dresdners. The half a million Silesians were not registered......so not counted.
