i totally get what you mean, the media always give SM a bad light, and i'm not saying that they are innocent, but i do think that there is always two side to a story, and it angers me that people instantly go off at SM (not that i'm an SM loveer, cause it would be same with any other company or group) but yeah, i think suju's posts were intended at the event organisers rather than SM

Please don't blame it on SM. Although the company should have informed fans, Super Junior could have tweeted about it as well, so it's not entirely SM's fault.

Super Junior was frustrated over KBS waiting room, and they just apologized as a group for not informing ELFs about the pre-recording. Fans are blaming SM (Not surprised) for this, but really, Super Junior could have tweeted about it, so it's not really SM's fault.
