  • Whoa, you were a beginner when you filmed this? How long had you been training? From the perspective of a martial arts students and a spinner of things (fire poi, fire staff, etc.) your flow is beautiful. Well done. I would love to see you do some tutorials, at least for the basics of PTK.

  • @JerichoXtheXGangrel Thanks man. Well, I was training for approx. 1 year when I shot this, so I guess beginner is not exactly accurate... maybe novice might be better? I said that 'cause as you can see, I tend to pause quite a bit in several sequences 'cause I was "thinking too much" about the motion - In PTK all movements are suppose to be smooth and fluid.

  • @JerichoXtheXGangrel I actually created a new channel that'll be mainly about PTK. Look up DalawangGinunting channel. I might do some tutorials as you suggested. If you have anything specific you'd like to see, send me a message (in the DalawangGinunting channel). Peace! ^_^

  • What ginunting do you use?

  • @EBeamJoe It's a Charlie Porter ginunting trainer. ^_^

  • Nice, both hands are involved. Usually one sees the so-called "weak hand" merely doing ones and twos; I saw reverses, broken, all the PTK stuff was expressed with both hands. Nice!

  • @digby72 Thank you! I'm glad you were able to spot that.
