Most original concept I must say. Every year I watch Bocaue's performance, a different treat all the time. A real show. Others were just "street dancing" as Indakan sa Kalye would imply, similar to Baguio's Panagbenga with all those huge leaves and flowers, I thought I was in Baguio not in Bulacan, losing its own festival identity. But if I were to pick the group with the clearest narrative, CCP-ish performance and delight to the senses, it would have to be Bocaue... hands down!
