  • I have 170cm and 75kg. Do you think I can lose 10kg and lose cellulite in one month? :)

  • @bsanja95 10 kg for a month is too much. 3-4-5 kg per month is optimal but it depends 90% on your diet.

    How many hours per day do you exercise?

    Do you go to a gym?

  • @russ4380 I exercise up to 30 minutes per day, sometimes less. I rarely go to the gym, just to keep myself used to gym equipment.
