  • I will be having an expert do a video with me sometime after breakup, that will go into more detail on edible plants, and berries in the Anchorage-Kenai Alaska area. Stay tuned. There is a lot more to come.

  • In this video it shows me picking some berries. DO NOT EAT THE LITTLE RED BERRIES I HAVE SHOWN IN THIS VIDEO. iT WAS RECENTLY BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION THAT THE SMALL RED BERRIES ARE NOT GOOD FOR US TO EAT. I did eat some that day, and did not get sick, however, others have taken ill from eating these. The blue ones are crowberries I believe, and should be ok. Not great, but ok. REMEMBER TO DO YOUR HOMEWORK ON EDIBLE PLANTS AND FOODS FOR THE AREA YOU PLAN ON VISITING/SURVIVING/CAMPING.LIVING.
