I'm not sure what level this is but we put a rubber band around a screw driver and the controller, which held the directional arrow pressed down on the Wii-mote. Basically Bowser's flame destroys the flower that pops out of the pipe. It keeps respawning which allows you to rack up infinite points which levels you up.
