Bottom line, it's all about brain chemistry and stacking the odds favourably for you to achieve lucidity. Mental focus will give you some length of bone in this regard but timing your normal chemical cycle as well as employing certain dietary supplements like Galantamine will def rocket your chances. The biggest mistake you can make is to try to set your intention at bed time as you will have lost focus by dream time. Try after 4 hrs sleep for starters.....

The WBTB method works best and I too would advise trying it after 4 and not 6 hours of sleep. Its thought that the more sleep cycles we pass thorough, the more prolonged our dreams become but 4 hours is enough, who says humans need 8+hours of sleep at one time?!

@mash3333 i tried it last night but my dog kept barking, which i could hear through my headphones. so ill try again tonight. so all i do is fall asleep? not anything like the wake induced lucid dream technique?

@KillerQueen247 Yes, use this track as a guide, Get into the habit of repeating these words before falling asleep.
WILDS are more difficult to attain. One of the most effective techniques is the WBTB method. Good luck :)
