DUDE! I used to hate the sound of my voice. I did this and I sounded like someone on american idol!

Woaaahh ... I never could sing the higher note songs, and now I can because of you. I feel so happy I could cry. It may sound silly, but you helped me soo much, thank you so much! <3

(C2 to B4) but i want to have at least 1 octave more , i have problems of tension , and is ridiculous but is too hard to me to put my voice in to my Head Voice. Just wanted to thank you on all the vidoes you have provided, this one really helped me out, as i was having trouble with strain and higher notes. After trying this a few times i seen really good results, i could easily hit higher notes without any strain at all. Thanks for the tips.
I get feeling the swallowing muscle thing, but I dont get how we are supposed to prevent it from coming down? Are we supposed to push it back up or is it just a feeling kind of thing, like how you explain how to whistle?

@woodsgirl3 You never push! With practice and producing sound in a different way, you will eventually dis-engage the swallowing muscles with your singing technique.

How often does this exercise have to be done?
Blefyplayswow 9 months ago
@Blefyplayswow Once a day is good, but it's best to work on your technique as much as possible without strain.

Were do we put our thumbs exactly? like what part under our chins?

@1norbert2 If you were to draw a line from the roof of your mouth, down through your chin/throat, that's where you will lightly place your thumbs.
