No Top 25 ranking this week, but I don't feel they've earned it yet. But they definitely will if they beat USC.

DonV, the way this season is going I may not make it to next year. This team is killing me, but if I die as a result of watching a Notre Dame game it would be worth it, one hell of a way to go out LOL!

I'm not a fan of either team, but the calls that those refs missed and blew changed the outcome of the game. UW wins if they call those right.

The two things that irritates me about the defense are the missed tackles and guys not playing til the whistle blows.

Bob dont get your panties in a bunch. I am not hoping your QB gets knocked out of the game. With that being said these guys on the USC defense like to level people even if they are out of bounds, late hits etc. Some of these guys on USC's defense have the Oakland Raiders mentality of the past where being a tough guy is more important then the final score. When the Huskies ran their last play before the field goal to win the game A USC player made a vicious hit and started celebrating premature.

USC could very well win by 24 - if they bring their A game and we bring our C or worse game. A game versus A game, it would be closer than you'd expect, somewhere around a 1-2 score game, more than likely. ND has not played a full A game this year with the possible exception of Nevada.

If this is true this is the first I've ever heard of that kind of experience @ ND. I was at the game (right near the UW section, as a matter of fact), and saw/heard nothing of the sort. If you are truly disappointed, I am sorry. But you also have to understand that people are not going to speak the way you do in your house at every event you go to.

Lucky? Really? That many goal line stonewall stands is lucky? Notre Dame Haters errrr..... football fans can't be that petty. I heard the same thing about watching out for the Huskies cause they beat USC. Remember this is with the second string running back, Our monster wide reciver gone and our QB playing hurt. You and ESPN can call it luck, but after 3 straight games I call it hunger, grit, and guts.
