  • Lot of the project managers has no expertise on tech/development areas(IT).

They cannot succeeed without having a real knowledge in those two areas.

Many times i see the developers mislead the project managers also i see project managers feel very insecured with development teams.

reason they have no clear picture on how to develop a product.

i prefer a project manager who has technical / functional background.

  • It's the start that's important. Really impressed with Rita Mulcahy's presentation.

  • There are NO stress free construction projects. Indeed, it all depends on how big or small a project is, but a level of stress is always present. I personally don't have much experience dealing with other types of projects, but I am a PM dealing with building construction project and it is a very stressful position no matter how much you know or how many you did.

    Thank you

    Ed.
