TRIPPI THE SPEED MACHINE

Trippi progeny thus far. His daughter R Heat Lightning won last year's G1
Spinaway Stakes and was 2nd in the Breeders Cup Juvenile Fillies. She
recently won the G2 Davona Dale Stakes by 7.25 lengths, and will run in the
Kentucky Oaks.
Trippi has two outstanding 3yo colts this year in the US this year, Gourmet
Dinner and Travelin' Man. Gourmet Dinner, winner of the G3 Delta Jackpot
last year, was second in the G2 Fountain of Youth Stakes and is likely to
run in the Kentucky Derby. It is hard to think of another SA sire with
runners in both the Kentucky Oaks and Derby of the same year.

Travelin Man won impressively on debut and on his only other start was
second in the G2 Hutcheson Stakes, and is clearly very smart. Trippi's other
recent stakes winners include Megalith, a 3yo colt, who won the Ocala
Breeders' Sale Sprint on March 14th, as well as the classy filly Trip for A
J (who won the Sunshine Millions F&M Turf), and R Holiday Mood - winner of
the Out Ruled Stakes.
