I love this recipie, I bought the book because of it. My 6 year old old loves this Granola, so does my husband and I love knowing exactly what I'm feeding them!
Musli and Granola are two totally different foods!
Musli isn't toasted whereas Granola generally has sugary substances in it like Honey or Golden syrup to make it crunchy/chewy. If you go to the supermarket you will see both Musli AND granola.
Hey you re video is great. Funny enough I was going shopping later today to buy ingredients to make my own muesli, which is not baked, just raw oats, wheat flakes and so on. I m going to try your recipe out.

Why do americans call it Granola? The orginal name is Müsli. Or just say Musli.
