@TekX420Cal If any person over 20lbs tried to take that thing off road, they would role it, but considering how small it is, it probably wouldn't even hurt them. The guy who fell is making two critical mistakes: one the ATV is way to little, and two ATVs are for off-road use only. Your hypothesis about getting rid of the child is good, I can just picture a kid getting wiped out on one of these by some person in a truck. Amusing visual.
