Well done; was there for both those festivals. That chick from Victory is cool..we...well.... Lets not forget an honorary mention for Brewers Art and their X-eptional Green Peppercorn Tripel and the wild crew from Bullfrog and that keg of Edgar running well into the night. What a blast!! Shout out to the Shelton Bros!!

Let me tell you. These folks have no problem polluting people with the alcohol they make but they think drilling for gas will pollute the water. They should stick to selling the swill they brew and stay out of politics. Anyone who supports natural gas drilling should totally boycott this company.

Do your homework before making such crotchety statements. Natural gas drilling does indeed pose an environmental threat, and there are many studies that prove this. Just type "fracking pollution" into Google. For a company like Brewery Ommegang that produces a product that starts with local clean water, this is a very big issue. Until cleaner methods of extraction are tested and proven safe, it is prudent for them to be vocal. Go spit your ignorant vitriol somewhere else, adpache.

lol... ommegang is really ac/cd beer... that's more like pabst and "cheap wine!".. this is more like led zeppelin beer... "whskey and the water!".. ommegang is about getting drunk so much as about just enjoying a good beer. "get stoned" this song is about breain death. whatever though. rock on as you please. god bless ommegang.

The reason the tune was chosen was because the theme of 2005's festival was BC/TC and there were shirts made that looked like the AC/DC logo. I agree that the some isn't the most fitting as far as lyrics go, but it sure is a fun tune.
