Well, let me be honest. There was an AWFUL movie called "Masters of the Universe" in 1987 where Frank Langella played Skelletor and Dolph Lundgren played "He Man". The remake was called called "Grayskull" and was to be released in 2011 but there are problems. (With Mattel about Toy rights, mind you! Gotta sell to those little ones, ya know.)
There were some good things about that film. I hated it when I was little as I didn't understand adaptation (I wanted to see the cartoon exactly but with real people). I loved the performances of the SKELETOR and EVIL-LYN characters and the latter could support a film herself with the arc her character was on at the end.
No. He would make a great Prince Adam. I was thinking Stone Cold Steve Austin as He-Man. Gary Oldman as Skelletor. The guy who played Remus Lupin whould be great as Manee Faces.Megan Fox would be great as Teela. Jessica Alba would be great as the Sorceress.
