I agree with COMofAek, something fishy about this whole case. The porn although sick was not said to be illegal. legal porn can have actors over 18 dressed to look younger. Teen (18) & taboo subjects can also be legal and may be in your home via satellite. Stories get wilder everyday, today allegations of horse sex. Many simularities to the famous McMartin Daycare witch hunt.

According to court documents, police found pornography depicting incest at the ome of Burrell Mohler Sr., where he had lived for about 15 years with his wife. His wife said Mohler moved to the basement after she found his sexually explicit magazines and videos, court documents show. The porn confiscated includes magazines such as Family Taboo, Best of Family Secrets and Best of Family Touch, according to court documents. There were also numerous videos showing girls under age 17 confiscated.

And another thing, why are the accused being denied access to legal representation? And why, when informed of such by accused, did the judge fail to do anything about it? This whole case stinks to high heaven.

I'm sorry, but this case doesn't pass the smell test on a number of levels. Indeed, it has all the trappings of modern day witch hunt with police and prosecutors eager to further their careers at the expense of truth and reason.

Dig up the damn basement and produce the alleged child corpse. Until the cops do that, they have nothing but increasingly bizarre allegations from an increasingly suspect set of accusers.
