    Damn, 6'2" and 163? To each his own, and it's awesome that he's dedicated and consistent, but if I worked hard an hour a day for a year and a half and only weighed 163 lbs I'd be pissed. Sounds like he knows it - "I'm skinny"

    Time for some real muscle confusion - lift some heavy weights and eat lots of quality food. 8% body fat at 6'2" and 195 lbs - that's where it's at!
