  • I remember the early 90s when Discovery Channel etc. were just getting started and they played shows like this one and James Burk's Connections and Wings. Great stuff. I wonder if these guys are still around, I wish they were still doing this.

  • @StoneBoneAndFire There are about a dozen shows uploaded to motherless. I know, motherless.

  • The Discovery Channel used to air these in the early 90's. I always thought it acted as a template for Mythbusters. Hunkin does have a bit of Jamie Hyneman in him.

  • I was a kid when this on, loved the series, there was a torrent with every episode worth searching for

  • @klauzes lol i doubt it. this series was filmed on an almost zero budget so they wouldnt bother to a take more than twice

  • @Corey497 Oh noes they're giving up the cathode ray tube monitors in the 21st century

  • no im not my good sir im watch it on my laptop :)

  • He did not mention Philo Farnsworth whos video camera tube was used in all TV's until the charged coupled device CCD came into being. It's an unfair omission. But Philo Farnsworth was treated badly all his life and died at a relatively early age of 64.

  • I think he's a bit drunk in the beginning :) he's stuttering, for instance "probably"... twice :). Might ass well be the accent. Anyway, incredibly interesting TV series
