We've said "Time and Tuna are Running Out," in very large letters on a very large banner, to the International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tuna (ICCAT), which is meeting in Turkey this week to decide the fate of Northern bluefin tuna. They can't miss the message -- the question is whether they'll act to save bluefin tuna from commercial extinction.

i have a way to save the planet, its better than this shit , every couple should be legally married before they have children, if not a heavy , heavy fine should be implemented !! all married couples should only have on child, if not heavy heavy fines !!! two people making one child, population would dramatically decrease over the next 50 years which in turn will help our planet !! hanging banners to save our earth, stupid as hell !! gets nothing acheived !!

iccat is a piece of shit!

the madrid based organisation spend 2.3 m Euros ( of Eu taxpayers money) each year! while partying in brazil, tokyo, florianopolis...

during their parties with major fishing industries they ate sushi, nigiri rolls with wilver raw red belly meat on top....

iccat does not do what it says it does, it does not conserve. instead it presides over the decline and collase of tuna stocks.

There are not many to speak on behalf of these perfect fish which are electrocuted to death with harpoons to keep their flesh totally untainted. Like the Passenger Pigeon, they are plentiful and delicious until they disappear.  Hopefully, I too will join in your voice.
