@yamaha13yamaha I think it would be fine with hitting, the camera might tilt forward or back a little bit depending on the direction of the check. The sticky mount on my helmet is as strong as ever. Maybe if someone whacked it hard with a stick the camera would come off, but hopefully that's not happening. Interested to see how it turns out!
@mrmatthewroach I use a stickymount attached to the top of my helmet, about the center. Then just use a regular mount on the camera. The GoPro settings are R3 (720 @ 60fps.)
I use Final Cut to edit and Compressor (part of FCS) to output a final file. I've tweaked the settings for bitrate and gamma correction, but Compressor can maintain the high resolution without issue.
Thinking about doing this in practice I play bantams so there is hitting do u think it would be fine ?
