@togo621 actually protein defiecency isn't a huge problem and there are plenty of vegan foods with protein in them.

@tesa13 it's not very healthy to be a vegan because there are certain protiens in meat that people need. And I actually do know alot about vegans they don't use any thing using animals. But leather, shampoo, conditioner, gum, makeup ect. Use animal parts like hoves and skin and I would know because I am in agriculture, FFA ( future farmers of America), and FDA ( Florida department of agriculture) so don't start saying I dont know any thing just saying
