who won & what was the score. Old boy from one of colleges

TA (only just), but can't remember the score. Went into overtime. I'm TA but I in 2005 I was teaching at HP. I thought my heart would be split between the two but I soon found myself leaning towards Paora.

That was one of the best games i had seen that year. TA had a very strong forward pack, and HP had a very very good back line. Plus the fullback for TA. He was the difference on that game and possibly the reason TA eventually ended up winning. But then the next week the fools took francis douglas for granted and lost the playoff for hurricanes champs. Should have been a TA vs Gizzy Boys play off final.

All I know in my days playing for CCNZ we beat Wesley and TA and Tipene 87-88 the school that had the wood on us was Western Heights very good team.

We have 3 titles and we never played over aged players like the 20 yr olds Wesley would play - like I said Wesley have an amazing recent history but not the NZ Sec reps to back that history up because their best players were seldom of age to make the NZ Secs. Wonder why you've won so many titles since the 90s aye?
