best flying quad and fantastic flying skills to boot,...I've been gathering supplies to try to build my own...time will tell,...what board do u recommend? and any other tips for a new builder like me would greatly be appreciated ,thanx.

@cafediablo30 Hi. I'd say any board with the multiwii code . Or the Open Pilot CopterControl board.

Copter Control is better I think,but is hard to get one. You will have to wait quite a bit.

If to go for the mUltiwii boards, you could try the Paris V4 or Quadrino boards. These boards are assembled and almost ready to use ( some configuration needed)

And I suggest you to go to rcgroups forums before you start . There are loads of information.:)
